What’s in your wallet ? No, this is not a take-off the TV commercial and I’m not asking about credit cards.
But a recent medical episode involving a friend of mine reminded me of the importance of having your emergency contacts in your wallet. And the information should be updated with names, priorities, cell phone numbers and emails.
Some may opt for a “medical alert” bracelet as may be appropriate - there are several options available - while a simple card in your wallet may suffice for others.
The important thing is to consider that you may be alone and unable to communicate and they will look in your wallet ….
