Here's a sign that indicates you're in a nice town. 

Imagine driving along when you notice a digital traffic sign posts the your speed blinks "Too fast...Slow Down." Instead of continuing to post your speed as you slow down, this nice sign flashes a cheerful "Thank You!" as your speed matches the limit.
