A Great Afternoon of Connecting

A Great Afternoon of Connecting

Yesterday’s Bring-A-Guest lunch was exactly what we aim for networking in Gotham style to feel like -- welcoming and generous. Hosted by our Next Level group, and its Co-Chairs Jon London and Caitlyn Ryan, the room reflected the best of what happens when people come to the table to share and have fun.

A special thank-you to Jon London for providing both the space and the food. [And another special thank you from me to Shelley Simpson for coming up with this fun format.  You’ll just have to attend the next one to see what we’re talking about.]

There was so much connecting before, during and after the meeting. We all saw introductions that turned into conversations, that will no doubt become follow-up meetings, collaborations, and friendships.   This is the magic of Gotham at its best—not just exchanging business cards but building relationships with people you genuinely want to know.

Thank you to everyone who came, brought a guest, made an introduction, shared a story, or simply showed up ready to connect. This BAG event was a reminder that the strongest networks grow when we welcome new people to the table —and bring together friends in new ways.

Join us next time, won't you?

Yes, it was a very informative (in more ways than one) and fun event.  Nancy was the emcee extraordinaire.  Great to see some familiar friends and meet some new ones.
