Eligibility:
Any student in 9th - 12th Grades
Maximum of three students from any school (based on date application received)
All speeches must be presented from memory. No notes will be permitted during performance
Duration of Oration is 6-8 minutes

Prizes:
Top 3 contestants with $1,000/$500/$250 and access to Gotham City Networking

Deadline Extended
Application will be accepted between September 13 and October 18
Participation on a "first come" basis
