From Rio de Janeiro, an Olyimpic athlete shared a photo of this quite unusual bathroom sign banning throwing toilet paper into toilets -- and using commodes as fishing holes (lower left) among other uses.

Delle Donne, the Olympian who posted this said "Guess I won't be toilet fishing today."

I think they'll need more graphics in Tokyo if Ryan Lochte comes back to swim again.
