I have been accused of looking like Jonathon Goldsmith, the actor who portrays"The Most Interesting Man in the World" in the Dos Equis commercials. Most recently, Gothamite Mitch Tublin emailed "Why didn't you let us know?"about Dos Equis renewing their "Most Interesting Man" commercials. 

I must admit that back in the day (starting in 2006) I would be stopped in bars and asked "Are you him?" Initially, I had no idea what they were talking about, but it eventually sunk in and I must admit I endured it with amusement. 

Jonathan Goldsmith (a notorious Ladies Man in real life) and I actually met once (pictured) at a commercial appearance. I approached him and introduced myself and he immediately recognized his doppelgänger and greeted me with a big friendly smile. I told him I could be his stunt double and his response was "How about now? My feet are killing me!"

It's just not that easy being the most interesting man in the world!
