Vacations are usually scheduled around the school calendar. Presidents week every February is always a big week then again in April for Easter/Passover and Xmas/New Years.  This past week my wife and I had gone with my kids to Florida where we always go. Its amazing there, great weather, although this year was a little cooler than normal but lots of sunshine. Amazing restaurants. Great golf, beach. I always say I could move there and never come back to NY. Or maybe become a snow bird and at least spend the winters there. Truth is, I have never been there for more than 7 days, or anywhere for that matter. Vacations give you a false sense of what life is like somewhere else. But the world is changing, you no longer need to be chained to your desk in Manhattan.
