On Sunday I viewed the Oppenheimer movie for the second time.  This time in IMAX and, to be honest, it was not the spectacular experience I was lead to anticipate.Yes, the sound was pronounced and surrounding, but is was not the "so much more" I was led to believe would be delivered.

This week was a "Mid-Term" election. So often these elections are over looked. Turnout is really low. These are the local issues that in recent years you hear so much about. It makes voting that much more important. In recent years they have expanded the window to vote with early voting hours, unclear how many people take advantage of this. But its important to exercise your right to vote. Its one of the the most important rights we have in America, as an American citizen, as compared to so many other countries in the world and yet so many people neglect it. I voted. Did you?

I received it about 15 years ago. My Dad had started working for me 3 days a week after he had retired. Some of you may remember him when you called my office.   On a particularly rough day, he sauntered in my office and sat down. He asked if I was okay and said he had some advice which, in and of itself, was an unusual statement to hear.
