I don’t want another account, another password, or a notification from anything.

Yet ovens need updates, washing machines require a download, and the TV has a totally different interface for the third time this year. Wasn’t plugging them in enough?

I’m keeping my old toaster until it quits because it understands me. I push the button, it makes toast.

I don't need a fridge that tells me when I'm of milk! Or a over that announces when my cake is baked...or a washing machine that needs a software download so I can 'set' my preferred cycles! Lol..

I am so with you on this. My husband has Apps for the oven, dishwasher, air fryer, etc. He can preheat the oven from his office. I have no Apps. I just want to turn it on when I am standing in front of it.
