Do not like #1. Sometimes you can use a word other than less and reach the same good result.. As to #7, same view.

Sounds like a plan to me! May I suggest a follow-up blog in a few months to let us know how well you're doing?

Good ones. I'm Interested in #8 - would like to discuss sometime. some for me ...care less what people think, make more art, be kinder, practice compassion - work on curing my compromised joints. Commit to physical therapy.

Some who are experts in these sorts of things say to use proactive words. Instead of "eat less ff", eat more apples; "less time on phone" would be more time engaging with my inner self and others IRL, "fend off..." would be "express myself more clearly" or whatever the proactive version is, but they sure sound great.

So enjoy seeing what others aspirations and goals are. Indeed a very worthy group. Enjoy the coming months and year.

Poignant stuff . Haven’t given it a deep dive yet . It’s ongoing . The better angels of my unconscious mind tell me to Cherish the relationship with my wife . I mean , My God I do . But to never take it or her for granted . And tell her often . And I do . But make sure she hears it , feels it . Never grows tired of it . Not take anything for granted .Ever . Life can turn on a dime . This I know . Pay attention to the Circle of Life . The kids , the grandkids . The animals and the things that really matter . I got something else goin’ . It’s called The Trinity . A rarity in the midst of the chaos humans have created for themselves . Our own Men’s Group . No holds barred in fact . Nothing off the table . And lastly ...... This damn hitch in my giddy up . BANISHED ONCE AND FOR ALL . And oh yeah Fred . Iguana’s deserve LIFE !

“They” say you have a greater chance of achieving your goals once stated publicly. I look forward to hearing your successes.
