Not sure I ever blogged about the "event" that occurs this year on Tuesday.  I looked back over the last three years of my posts and nothing (I'll have to ask our "Webmaster" aka Saturday's blogger, if any easier way to review exists.).  But the euphoria following the Halloween bash held by by Knights of Pythias lodge leads to today's post.  It was a great party.  Our friend's Eric and Jarmine have a 'treasure chest" supply of decorations that required pics which found its way into a post that platform now know and X a(nd was something I liked better when called twitter) and on Facebook.  The Halloween Bash supported the Kings FDR Tolerance Foundation which makes donations to charities and provides scholarhips approved by its board on which I serve. I ran outings to Citi Field (Yankees v. Mets) and Maimonides Park (Mets Brooklyn Cyclones farm team v. Yankees farm team Hudson Valley Renegades) concurrent with Gotham outings that also raised funds for this noble cause (The Gotham Foundation similarly benefitted from both outings.).

My friends and (FDR) Lodge (613) brothers Ted Pashko and Craig Shink, along with Eric, played key roles in organizing the event.  Perry's Restaurant catered the event held at AOH in Gerritsen Beach.

It was all a lot of fun in support of charity. Chris York and Linda Eng won (see below) for best costume (the trophy courtesy of Eric and Crown Trophy.),

Chris Young & Linda Eng

The prize also include a free admittance to our next event to raise more $ for charity, Black Friday Football, November 24. You're welcome to support it (That means attend.).
