I have been practicing for approximately 25 years, with a principal focus in the bankruptcy and corporate restructuring field. I represent distressed companies and high-net-worth individuals in their most perilous times, helping them preserve enterprise value, restructure their obligations and achieve other objectives. In addition, I often represent creditors, landlords, license parties, shareholders and other parties in interest in protecting their legal rights and maximizing collection on their claims against a debtor. Finally, from time to time litigation will be pursued in bankruptcy cases against third parties that allegedly received improper transfers or otherwise caused harm to the debtor company. I represent plaintiffs and defendants in such litigations, and am also called upon to mediate such disputes in my capacity as an approved Mediator in the Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and in the District of New Jersey. Before joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin in 2012, I received my training as an associate at a large international law firm.
