Larry counsels clients in a wide range of computer software and e-commerce transactions. He is a frequent speaker and writer on such subjects and includes among his publications numerous articles, chapters in four books and his own book entitled Computer Law Strategies, published by Matthew Bender. Larry is a graduate of New York University School of Law. Specific transactions that Larry handles include the development, distribution, licensing and support of customized computer software; the design and development of web sites; proprietary rights protection; regulatory compliance and associated e-commerce transactions; the acquisition and sale of computer software companies; and the outsourcing of information technologies.
