I am an attorney licensed in NY, CT, and NJ. Jason is the founding Partner of the Law Offices of Jason H. Krinsky, Esq., a boutique criminal defense law firm where he represents individuals accused of a wide myriad of crimes in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Jason helps people navigate the legal system, and tirelessly fights to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. After graduating Jason worked for Strazzullo Law & Associates, PLLC, where he learned fundamentals and gained experience in New York State Courts. In May 2019, Jason finished his degree in law at New York Law School with an Advocacy Certificate. During his stay at New York Law School, Jason joined the New York Law School’s Criminal Law Society, Trial Team, and Texas Young Lawyers Association Competition — Jason is indeed a competitive one. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jason finished a Bachelor of Arts, Photography in Bard College, NY, where he studied with photography pioneer Stephen Shore, and studied Mandarin abroad at Qingdao University in China. Jason’s photography has won several awards and his photograph “Joyful Flight” has been displayed in airports across the United States and is currently on display at the Delta Sky Club in John F. Kennedy Airport. From the 2014 Spring to the 2015 Summer, Jason was an Anti-Piracy Coordinator in the Universal Music Group in New York. He communicated with major record label artists and their teams to set up robust digital protections, to minimize, find and eliminate leaks. He worked with label executives, intellectual property lawyers, INTERPOL, and IFPI to protect digital and physical assets. Some of the Artists he assisted at Universal Music Group include Taylor Swift, and Ariana Grande. In the summer of 2016, he became a volunteer in the nature conservatory group known as the Greenwich Land Trust, where he reviewed and organized deeds, and prepared a detailed deed restriction spreadsheet. Under Creizman LLC. in New York, Jason became a legal intern from Spring to Summer 2018. He participated in client intake meetings, reviewed discovery, conducted legal research, drafted legal briefs, and assisted in trial preparation for several high-profile Federal Southern District of New York matters. As a law student, Jason was a member of the New York Law School Criminal Defense Clinic from the Fall of 2018 to Spring 2019. Jason conducted client and witness interviews, performed on-site investigations, reviewed discovery material, drafted, filed, and served omnibus motions. During the clinic, he represented clients and appeared on the record in New York City Criminal Court. Some of the highlights of Jason’s clinical experience include obtaining a complete dismissal of criminal charges pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law CPL§30.30 for violating his client’s Speedy Trial Rights, and sealing a prior criminal conviction pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law CPL §160.59.
