Hello Gotham members: I urgently need to fill the following position:
Office Coordinator for Newark Real Estate Management Office: [cid:image003.png at 01D64A4B.5A543900]
3 month Temp (FMLA fill-in); pay $13-15PH. Great experience for a person w recent social services/related degree (if have a degree will get $15PH; note NJ Min wage is $11PH). Degree is NOT required. Immediate hire, work at a RE management office, this is not a remote position.

Requirements

●Ideal one (1) year experience working with special needs populations such as seniors, persons with disabilities and low-income populations. Must have Office/Clerical experience.

●Will help coordinate varied services for tenants

●Ability to work with a culturally diverse population

●Ability to conduct effective interviews, maintain confidentially

●Possess outstanding communication and  interpersonal skills and a service driven personality

●Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

●Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office suite

●High school diploma or G.E.D; college degree or commensurate experience preferred
