Two years ago, I changed my office copying needs to Dan Schwartz, Carr and I have been so happy ever since. Last Friday, I had a paper jam in the machine. The machine itself told me exactly what to do to clear it. I proudly took every step and cleared the paper jam. But I wasn't able to put the paper  tray back incorrectly. After finally giving up, I humbly and with some level of embarrassment (after all who can't put the paper tray in? I do it all the time when I put paper in), I emailed Dan. He responded immediately, reassured me that sometimes it happens and assured me that I should absolutely call customer service and schedule a service call.
I scheduled the service call for Monday. When I walked into my office at 9:30 am,  I was so relieved to see that the machine had already been repaired. Apparently, the repair person had been to my office at 8:15 (I obviously didn't tell the person scheduling the service call that I'm not an early morning person) and, with the consent of someone who was in the office, fixed the machine. I cannot tell you how much stress was alleviated knowing that the machine had already  been repaired.
If you're looking for great photocopy machines with impressive customer service, call Dan. You will be so happy you did.
