[Fredslist] Alan Schwartz is Great!

Just a big thank you to Alan Schwartz.  I was out of town and had forgotten
to deal with a traffic ticket before heading out of town - even though I was
where  email and faxes don't go - - ­ I got Alan on the case and the outcome
was just great!

I came back from vacation and problem was solved even better than I thought
it could be.

Many thanks to Alan (and his office manager Riva is also great!!!)
