[Fredslist] Recommendation for an USERRA Attorney

A friend of mine is seeking a recommendation for an attorney who handles
matters concerning USERRA (Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment
Rights Act) and/or DCAS (NYC Department of Citywide Administrative
Services).  The matter involves an army reservist who was denied the
opportunity to sit for several make up NYPD sergeant exams missed while he
was on duty in Iraq.  Thanks.
