A big Gotham win!
No matter your Fandom, last weekend’s Gotham “visit” to Citi Field for a Mets-Yankees game met or exceeded the usual expectation. Gotham members, family members and friends and colleagues gathered at the Milagro Tequila Porch, Section 336, Rows 7 through 11 to watch an exciting baseball game, socialize and NETWORK. In some cases, there were in-persons connections and re-connections. That was perhaps a better outcome (for at least some of us than the score and the game results (See box score above.) on Saturday evening, May 16, 2026. I attended with my wife and daughter and her co-worker. Fred Klein’s party included grandchildren Maggie and Jackson. A bevy of family members and Russo Law co-workers formed Vincent Russo’s large group. Steve Horn and Sunny Atlantic Beach Club partner Howard Taub formed the second big gathering. Though an injury prevented his personal attendance, Josh Zinder’s JZA+D filled number of seats as did Jose Villa. For anyone who missed out there is always next year and this correspondent will be happy to take early reservations despite not knowing when we will gather again there in 2027.A big Gotham win!

I'm not really a baseball fan but I am a life long Mets fan.
My father's company had seats in 1968, when I was very young, along the first base line, Most of the then players knew me by sight. I had a soft Mr. Mets doll that they all signed. Many many years later, when my parents were moving to Florida I went looking for the doll. My mom told me that she had thrown it out several years earlier. I wasn't sure whether I was more upset because she threw away my doll or because I was sure it would have been very valuable with all of those signatures on it.
