Every once in a while I glance up at the night sky to see whether any of the planets in our solar system are visible. Looking up and seeing their reflection of the sun’s light.
The other night Venus and Jupiter shared the spotlight with the crescent moon.
Venus, although smaller, shined brighter than the larger Jupiter whose light must travel so much farther to be seen on Earth.
Looking at the night sky we’re reminded of the wonders of the universe and that we’re a small light in the vastness.
