Johanna brings extensive experience in complex trusts and estates matters. Her diversified practice includes advising clients on asset protection, intricate planning strategies, and tax issues, including capital gains. She also counsels clients on Medicaid planning and asset protection options.
Additionally, Ms. David is currently a full-time Professor of Law at Touro University where she teaches legal process, trusts and estates, estate administration and estate planning.
She is Haitian-American and speaks Creole and French fluently.
