This is the gift giving time of year. It makes me reflect on the gifts that have been my favorite over the course of time. In no particular order:

1. My Kitchen Aide Mixer: May not sound romantic, but I wanted that thing so badly!

2. My Elephant Bracelet: I use the phrase “embrace the elephant” about 100 times a day. My elephant bracelet is my constant reminder.

3. My Kindle (s): This year we bought two new kindles. I can’t wait to get started with a new book. Maybe the next Gotham book club book.

4. A bracelet, shot glass and pencil from a mix of my son’s trips last summer.

5. A sweater that my daughter bought for me last year with her own money.
