Westchester County is a hard place to create a proper multi-media advertising campaign, because there are so few dedicated outlets. There are hardly any billboards, bus shelters, buses, dedicated radio stations, dedicated TV stations, etc. I would like to do my part to give Westchester businesses a fighting chance to advertise to their customers.
