Are you familiar with or a devotee of homeopathic medicine?

According to Google, Homeopathic medicine is an alternative medical system developed in the late 1700s, based on two core concepts: "Like cures like" (a substance causing symptoms can treat similar symptoms) and the law of "minimum dose"(the more diluted a substance the more potent it is) thereby triggering the body's natural healing process.

Does it work?  Who knows?  Why not!

Anyway, Arnica is a homeopathic gel which I use daily for whatever ails me.  It is manufactured by Boiron, a French company.

The label says it is made from Arnica montana fresh whole plant and states: Claims based on traditional homeopathic practice, not accepted medical evidence.  Not FDA evaluated.

Nonetheless, I believe it works, as advertised, to relieve inflammation, muscle pain and stiffness and, especially, bruising symptoms such as swelling and discoloration.

Try it.  You just might like it!

Arnicare does not meet the definition of a homeopathic medicine (which is a complete con). It is made up of skin care products and compounds that are the basis of women’s makeup.

Arnica. My best friend here. It does work, and not just because I want to believe that it works. And when the going gets really tough, we use Voltaren, which is the more chemical version of the natural Arnica. Both work for me. Both are over-the-counter. I even put some Arnica in a little jar when I travel, so that after a long day of walking or sightseeing, I can rub some into an aching muscle and feel so much better!
