They say the end of August are the "Dog Days of Summer", They say, "These days are numbered, you have to take advantage". We have been working remote 3 years now, productivity is strong. Has the second half of August changed? Are people taking more advantage? Has this traditional vacation time of year changed?

Feels about the same to me, people are ending their vacations and preparing for back to school and football once again.
