[Fredslist] European Student looking for a room to rent

Hi Gotham Friends. 

A good friend of mine, has a family friend coming to study in NYC in September 2025 for 11 months 

Sebastain is a very respectful and charming young man from Munich. 

He will be studying a business program for social impact and sustainability at the IENYC in Soho. 

He was given a stipend of $1,000 per month and is looking for a room to rent. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
