[Fredslist] Home Insurance issues

Gotham – a young couple who is friends of a friend (yes I wrote it that way) recently had their house burned (I don’t know the extent of the damage), and their insurance company is apparently giving them the run around.

Do we have home insurance guys who can help them figure out what (if anything) they can do to get what they need from their insurance company?

If so, please let me know.
