[Fredslist] Gotham Holiday Party and a Special Thank You

This year's holiday party was the best ever!  The State Bar and Grill was
centrally located and easily accessible.  The party space was elegant and
large enough for our group. The food was delicious with plenty of options.
A special shout out to Rosalia who made sure there was a good variety of
food for vegetarians , (like me) and carnivores.

With all the details taken care of it was easy to have a good time.  After
all, Gothamites are friendly, fun loving people.

Personally, I want to thank the committee and Gotham for the recognition of
the Red Bandana Award.  It feels humbling because I was simply caring for a
friend.  Interestingly, it was through Gotham that I was given this
opportunity to be of service.   But, I was only a piece in the puzzle.
Geraldine had the presence to step in initially.   Several calls went
around in Gotham to find my cell and call me.  That just goes to show what
a special and caring community we have in Gotham.  I'm deeply touched to be
part of this circle of caring.

In my work in health and wellness, I'm reminded everyday that while we
can't predict the challenges life may bring, a strong foundation of health
can make all the difference in how we recover and continue to live well.

Wishing my Gotham Family a joyful, safe and healthy holiday season and a
prosperous new year.
