[Fredslist] Zoom assistance needed pronto thx

Gm Gotham,My zoom was working well at Friday happy hr!
Went on last night to schedule a call a call for tonight and couldn't log in as it said:
"account is disabled. please contact your account owner or administrator'
found a cust svc# this morning and called 888-799-9666 the AI asks for a 10 digit# which I have then a 6 digit# which I need to log in to http://www.zoom.us/profile  get hence, going in circles 1st thing this morning.
Any ideas would be appreciated.my perceived options1. find a better cust svc2. sign up for a new acct3 ?
Important client call tmrw 10am so I need to fix this today.
