[Fredslist] Need help with microsoft word on a Mac computer

H All,
I use two Mac computers regularly. Today, I was unable to access word
documents on my newest laptop (all of a sudden). The error message says I
need to grant access but if I click the "grant access" button, it wont open.

Anyone there to help me?  Thank you!!
