Our next meeting should be very engaging in both subject matter and

The concept of psychological safety is related to trust, but is applied
mostly in organizational team settings. It is defined "as the belief that
the work environment is safe for interpersonal risk taking." Russ von
Frank, MBA, EMT, Executive Coach, Consultant and Author, and Marc Miller,
PhD, PCC, Executive/Leadership and Relationship Coach, Team Coach and
Certified Divorce Coach, two experienced organizational coaches, will share
their views on psychological safety and its importance in organizations and
beyond.
