Hi Gotham Family,

We wanted to put a few concepts (some old and some new) on your radar as to visiting Gotham Groups.

  1. Please Remember the "Two Visit" Rule When Riding the Circuit

We have always had a "two visit" rule - specifically, circuit riders may only visit any particular group twice during any particular year.

We know that COVID sent everything off track but we are going back to stricter enforcement of this rule for 2021. There are multiple reasons why this rule is important for the health and growth of our organization, including increasing commitment to your "table" and protecting seats in our non-compete groups.

We absolutely encourage you to Ride the Circuit and take advantage of the ease in doing so virtually. Please respect the two visit rule when you plan your circuit-riding.

  1. Please Respect Non-Compete Boundaries of Groups you are Visiting When Riding the Circuit

While you are riding circuit, don't forget to check in with GCs for the group you are visiting to clear your attendance. Groups are still enforcing their non-compete boundaries. This avoids an awkward and uncomfortable visit for all.

  1. Guest Fees Will be Applied for Non-Members Who Visit Our Groups More than Twice

Please invite guests to visit with us. We are always looking to expand our network and make new friends.

To encourage guests to commit and join our organization, going forward any guest may visit us twice without a guest fee. After that second visit (to any group), a $25 guest fee will apply. This guest fee does not apply when members Ride the Circuit to other groups.

Any questions, of course, please do not hesitate to ask your Group Coordinator or any of us.

Happy networking!

Nancy and Tribal
