Mindy Stern is a Certified Career Transition Coach who has been helping
people achieve career success for over 25 years. She enjoys helping
jobseekers find the "hidden" jobs, leverage the power of LinkedIn, create
transformational resumes, and educate people how to "own" their interviews
and tell their unique stories with personalized interview preparation.

Mindy specializes in helping people accelerate their transition into new
roles smoothly and effectively. She has been honored to help many companies
as they go through the process of employee lay-offs. She designs and
delivers customized virtual Outplacement Programs to ensure that laid-off
employees gain the confidence and skills they need to quickly re-enter the
job market.

Mindy has experienced her own transitions several times during her career.
After a successful role as a recruiter for a staffing agency, Mindy became
the Director of Human Resources for Sterling National Bank. In 2014 she
founded AIM Resource Group LLC to guide small and mid-size organizations
with HR support and Leadership Development training, as well as Career
Coaching.

Job Search in 10 Easy Steps” *which is featured on Amazon.com. She is a
former member of Gotham Towers Group and is excited to join the new Gotham
Virtual Group this year.
