I figured it out. Discovered a “secret” number and way to get person on phone from Experian. Problem solved

Can anyone recommend a service that specializes in protection against identity theft? I'm not sure if I've been hacked but I keep getting blocked or not recognized when I go on SS.gov plus someone attempted to open a NYS unemployment claim in my name (as well as several people I know).

In addition, after I detected this I put credit freezes on the three reporting agencies and then after I bought a car the finance manager tells me he can't access my Experian report. I had no problem removing the freezes on Transunion and Equifax but for some reason YOU CAN NOT GET A PERSON ON THE PHONE WITH EXPERIAN!

Has anyone else had this happen and what did you do OR whom do we call that can fix this ?
