[Fredslist] Contact at the college board

Need personal assistance. 

My twin daughters accounts were merged so both accounts are all messed up and one cannot take the tests she needs to coming up. 

Anyone have a contact at The College Board?  We are trying to work through and have a case # but are getting nowhere.
