While COVID is not vanishing any time soon, our ability to to strengthen both emotional and biological immunity is at your finger tips. Please join me for our first virtual lunch via ZOOM where we will share how the Pandemic has impacted our lives and those of our families, clients, friends  and businesses. Who we helped. Who helped us. What we learned. How we de-stress and decompress. How we stayed connected. How we had fun. How Gotham helped and made us laugh.
