[Fredslist] Shout out to David Perry, Real Estate responders, and Gotham!

A week ago I sent out a plea on Fredslist for Real Estate advice. The response I got was richer and faster than I ever expected. Thank you to all who responded, I will call you all. I especially thank a rapid and unexpected phone call from David Perry who generously offered a wealth of smart and professional information and made it clear he was just offering to help.

The good will and generosity of our tribe is beyond anyone’s expectations of a networking group.  

What does our web site say … "Our endeavors should enrich each participant through altruistic acts undertaken with a genuine concern for the welfare of our fellow networkers and the world.”

So true.
