Hi Gotham - my brother-in-Law lives in Atlantic Beach and his next door neighbor has started building a 2nd floor deck (not completed yet). The neighbor is first going for a variance and permit now.  Th deck is a significant intrusion of my brother-in-law’s privacy. 

My BIL is looking for an attorney experienced to assist him with residential variances and hearings with the Town of Hempstead hearings board. Does anyone fit that profile?
