My company is hiring for a client relations specialist.

Entry level. Some sales experience and healthcare experience helpful.

Able to be self-disciplined. Must live in New York but doesn't have to base
at the corporate office upstate. Must be trust worthy and come from a
trusted source. Resumes come directly to me.  

Must be comfortable with engaging with people with a mission to make them
and us happy. Customer service skills, soft skills, and remote communication
skills are all a necessary part of the function.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for developing strong and
trusted relationship with clients to ensure client retention and
satisfaction.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

As the first point of contact for our clients, the Client Relations
Specialist will be responsible for a proper implementation process,
answering questions about our services and providing accurate and timely
feedback of utilization. This includes having a strong understanding of each
client's needs and leading development to help promote a successful program.
The Client Relations Specialist will provide outstanding customer service
and client education via email, telephone, and in-person meetings. They also
identify sales opportunities for current and potential clients, and assist
in the sale of the service, or forward the information to a sales
representative.

Accurate and up-to-date tracking of activities, and overall account
information will be required, and will be reviewed on a regular basis with
management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
