[Fredslist] Synagogue Bylaws

Gotham -

I am representing a Brooklyn synagogue on a pro-bono basis that needs to get its bylaws revised.  I'm sure Gotham has synagogue board members - would any of you be willing to share your synagogue's bylaws with me as a potential model?  I have bylaws of non-profit organizations that I can use, but synagogues have their own idiosyncracies and it would be great to get a couple of models. I would be especially appreciative of any bylaws that were revised within the past couple of years.
