[Fredslist] Matrimonial proceeding question

Gotham -

My brother David is an attorney outside of Chicago and is admitted in Illinois and New York.

He has a client who is in a divorce proceeding pending in matrimonial court  in NYC.  He needs to get a copy of her entire case file. He was told that it would take months to get the file unless he sends someone to order and pick it up in person.  He has a release from the client that the court needs.

Can someone who has a paralegal or clerk help with this? David will reimburse for time and expense.
