Our Melville Office is seeking a full time front office receptionist to meet and greet clients and guests, distribute incoming and prepare out-going mail and packages, various administrative tasks, meeting set-up, faxing, scanning, assisting associates when needed.

Responsibilities:

  *   Proficient in Microsoft office
  *   Excellent customer service skills
  *   Highly organized
  *   Ability to work independently
  *   Excellent communication skills
  *   Policy printing and interoffice correspondence
  *   Insurance experience preferred but not required.
