Hello, Gotham:

I am planning to go to Venice October 2019 for the Venice Biennale. I understand that it is necessary to make hotel reservations very far in advance.

If any Gotham members have a good feel for Venice geography, where would you recommend that I stay? The two permanent venues of the biennale are in the Castello area near the Arsenale vaporetto stop. However, there are not many (reasonably priced) hotels in that location. What is another area/hotel that might be convenient to Arsenale?

Any advice would be appreciate.

Thank you.
