[Fredslist] Season of Giving Update

At this writing the total collected for the Season of Giving is a bit over $14,000 and the total for Hurricane Relief is nearly $2500.

I would like to thank Raj Goel and Michael Farrell for matching credit card contributions in August and September and credit card purveyor Marc Halpert for contributing back all fees.
