[Fredslist] Assistance for an MD client

Dear Gotham,
 
I have a client who is a urologist with a practice in NYC, who would  like 
to close his practice by the end of the year.  Does anyone know  of a doctor 
who would like to discuss taking on his patients, or  alternatively, know 
of someone who specializes in assisting physicians with  the winding down of 
their practice?
