[Fredslist] Keeping Key Employees.

I have a client who has a 30-person business.

They do a lot for their employees - 401K matching, Insurance, Bonuses, Paid Schooling, etc.

Would love to hear about other ‘Golden Handcuff’ strategies to keep employee churn to a minimum.

One idea I heard is to give their employees a choice of 10 all-expense paid vacations (instead of a bonus - which is usually spent on bills or put in savings).

We’ve also discussed building a Education Fund for the employee’s kids.

Again - would love your input on what you might do or if you’ve heard about ideas from other organizations.

Thank You Gotham! - Rich Gee
