Please see a copy of my resume attached.

I have experience in substance abuse, trauma, and mental health and the populations I’ve worked with include adult men and women, veterans, homeless, individuals who have severe mental illness, individuals who have substance abuse and trauma, and the incarcerated. I work currently in Rikers Island and work along side with a medical team. The structure of the environment is similar to a hospital/clinic setting. I determine whether or not the patient needs a higher level of care or not. I was previously junior management as a Psychiatric Social Worker where I supervised interns and social workers. I am SIFI certified. I know the DSM5  and provided trainings to staff members in my previous employment regarding the changes in the DSM 5  for substance use. I am currently in the process of getting my LCSW.

Opportunities I am interested in:

a junior management or management position in a drug treatment non-profit

hospital social work

working with veterans or individuals who have experienced trauma.
