[Fredslist] ski trip help

Gotham,
For the last 4 years I have run a ski trip Arkham (formally known as Gotham).  We have gone to Snowbird Utah.  We get a great rate and there are great facilities.  I was hoping this year that I might get some help to pull it together, from someone in Gothamland.  Yes, I know it is July and Skiing is probably the last thing in anyone's head (actually I am ready for snow after the day I had in the city). WE need to block the rooms in August.  I can still carry much of the load I just need some help....
