[Fredslist] Rentals in Scarsdale / Westchester

Gotham,
My daughter (the jewelry artist) has been looking for a place to rent in Westchester and has had little to no luck.  Now a Realtor is saying she can help her find a place but it would be one month's rent.  From my past experience Realtors were always paid by the Landlord or property owner, is this not the case any longer do renters pay a realtor to help them find a place?

Do you know anyone with an apartment to rent in Westchester?

My daughter is also open to sharing an apartment if anyone knows someone too.
