If it helps, I also applied and have an interview scheduled for October. I also went abroad unexpectedly in July, and on my return on a heavy travel Sunday got through the regular passport time very quickly, much faster than in other recent trips.

I am at my wits end.
I applied to the global entry program and paid my $100.00 fee.
Now- it is a month later - and  according to their website  I can't  get an appointment  until November.
As I am traveling internationally in September and October this is a drag !
I have tried for the last 2 days to get some one on the phone - it's constantly busy, one time I got through I was on hold for an hour and finally gave up.
I have also written to their website - which is an exercise in futility
Sorry for this rant?......

Does any know have any inside track?.
If you have applied before am I doing something wrong??
